Questions
Does OpsForms work without a phone signal?
Yes. Forms are saved on the phone or tablet as they are filled in, so nothing is lost if the signal drops or the app is closed. Submitted forms wait in an outbox and send themselves as soon as there is a connection again.
Which phones and tablets does it run on?
iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, and any computer with a modern web browser. Workers add it to their home screen from the browser; there is nothing to install from an app store.
Can we bring our existing checklists?
Yes. Checklists exported from other forms platforms can be imported, including their show/hide logic, and any form can be built or changed in the drag-and-drop builder.
What do the reports look like?

Can we sign in with our company accounts?
Yes. Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, Ping Identity, OneLogin and JumpCloud is set up on request. Without it, people sign in with a password, and administrators also use two-step verification.

The Standard plan is $15 (USD) per user per month, with every feature included and a 14-day free trial. Everyone with a sign-in counts as a user: field crews, reviewers and office staff.
